At Culture Amp, AI is here to support your work — not replace your unique expertise. Our AI capabilities are designed to guide and assist you, but your judgment and your company’s policies always come first. Use AI thoughtfully, review all outputs carefully, and keep people at the center of every decision.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to anyone using AI-powered features or products on the Culture Amp platform.

2. Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure you use AI in accordance with your organization’s internal AI and technology policies. If you’re unsure what these are, please ask your administrator. a. Educate yourselfCulture Amp may provide support articles, questionnaires, and learning resources to help you understand how AI works within our platform. However, it’s your responsibility to learn how AI can be a powerful assistant—and when your own judgment is essential.b. Keep a human in the loopOur Generative AI tools are designed to enhance human judgment—not replace it. Treat AI outputs as advice, not definitive answers. Always review, verify, and confirm AI-generated insights before making decisions—especially those that impact your colleagues or your organization.c. Provide feedbackWe encourage users to report any AI outputs that seem inaccurate or problematic. If you encounter questionable content, please flag it to your organization’s Culture Amp administrator or directly within the platform.d. Be cautious with your inputsDo not share confidential, highly sensitive, or proprietary information unless your company policy or Culture Amp administrator allows it. Only input information you have the right to use.e. Use AI ethically and respectfullyDo not use AI to harm, discriminate against, or exclude people. Keep your AI use aligned with inclusive and respectful workplace practices. Use your judgment to determine when AI is appropriate—while AI can boost efficiency, a human touch remains irreplaceable.f. Prohibited Uses and Behaviours: You must not use Culture Amp’s AI Features and Products to:

• Generate harmful or illegal content
• Automate decisions with legal or employment consequences without appropriate human review
• Circumvent your company’s controls, approvals, or governance processes
• Violate Culture Amp’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policies
• Attempt to bypass built-in safety measures or prompt AI to generate harmful, malicious, or dangerous content

3. Accountability

Culture Amp provides AI tools "as is" to assist you in your day-to-day work and help build a better world of work. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with you and your organization to use these tools responsibly and ethically.
