How do you approach people science research?
We blend industrial and organizational psychology expertise and data science to surface insights from our data lake. We triangulate our data against external datasets (e.g. financial, demographic, layoff lists, etc) to deliver robust, cutting-edge insights.
How do you surface long-term trends?
Our years of data collection reveal longitudinal trends as they play out across varying industries, regions, and company sizes. We update our benchmarks every six months, which allow us to differentiate global and cohort-specific trends.
What do you explore in your research?
We study everything from performance culture to AI’s impact on work, development to engagement. Our rich data accounts for all aspects of the employee experience and life cycle, allowing us to approach questions from multiple angles.
