Culture happens between the moments you measure

Learn more about Enso™ by Culture Amp

AI that listens to your whole team, and then gets to work.

Enso is the agentic AI partner that keeps your team and the work on track: confidential check-ins, early warning on what’s slipping and why, the fix that fits from 15+ years of People Science, and the follow-through you approve. Enso meets you in the communication and AI tools you already use.

When people are heard, work stays on track.

Work keeps changing faster, and the people doing it feel the shift before any plan shows it. With Enso, you check in with the whole team, so every voice shapes the work while it’s still under way: the real blocker named, the fix that fits, the follow-through done. Leaders see what’s really happening and act early.

How Enso works

See what matters, early

The hard things rarely get said in meetings. Enso checks in with your team, and shares themes and trends. Real challenges, blockers, and dependencies surface to focus your attention and keep work on track.

Know the fix that fits your team

A team that's struggling might be overloaded, or just unclear on what comes first. Different challenges, different fixes. Enso tells you which one you're facing, and recommends what has worked for teams like yours, drawn from Culture Amp's 15+ years of People Science expertise.

Follow-through, approved by you

Enso is agentic AI: it finishes the job. It preps the 1:1, sends the check-in, updates the goal, and chases the follow-ups, each one with your approval or under standing permissions you set. Decisions stop living on your to-do list, and nothing your team agreed to quietly disappears.

Enso only acts with the org and individual permissions you set.

Enso works for everyone

For HR Leaders

Expert support for everyone

The managers struggling most rarely raise a hand. Enso puts people expertise beside every manager and team, with controls you can stand behind: approval before action, grouped answers, visible reasoning.

For Executives

Know your strategy landed

See whether the priority shift actually reached the teams, and how the big initiatives are pacing, as themes, never names. You don't have to be in the conversation to know how it's going and what should happen next.

For managers, initiative leaders

The people and pacing, in one view

Whether it's your team or a cross-functional project across teams you don’t manage, Enso checks in confidentially, shows how people are doing beside how the work is tracking, and handles next steps.

For employees

Your work, seen. Your voice, heard

Answers are grouped, so you can safely share your perspective. Your work stays visible even when your manager is stretched, and they get time back for the conversations that matter: your work, your growth, your next step.

Powered by 15+ years of People Science

Every Enso recommendation comes with a why, grounded in evidence for situations like yours.

The People Science advantage: a map of what makes teams work

15+ years of learning what shapes a team and what changes it, built into a map tuned to your industry, size, and team-type. When Enso makes a suggestion, it is grounded in evidence and best practices.

Useful from day one, sharper with every conversation

Every team has its own rhythms, norms, and pressure points. Enso picks up on yours, so the guidance fits your specific team and situation.

Evidence you can check

Every recommendation shows the strength of the evidence behind it, and you can always ask why Enso is making that recommendation.

Built on trust

Enso never locates the problem in people; it locates it in the conditions around people. It's not monitoring, and it's not a performance score.

You approve every action

Enso acts only with your approval: each action, or standing permission you set for the routine ones.

Themes, never names

Team answers are grouped; no one's answers go to their manager.

You control what it sees

Your organization approves which sources Enso can use. Then each person chooses which of their own to connect. Either can switch any source off, at any time.

You can see its reasoning

Every recommendation comes with its reasoning, so you can question it, explain it, and stand behind it.

“Most AI-forward companies have already given agentic AI a seat at the table for their work. What’s been missing is a clear and trusted understanding of the people doing the work.”

Enso is Culture Amp’s agentic AI partner for every leader. Enso runs short, confidential check-ins with your whole team in communication tools, starting with Slack and with Microsoft Teams, available in 2027. It analyzes those answers against 15+ years of People Science data and tells you what’s slipping and why. Then, with your approval, it takes action: scheduling the meeting, setting reminders, sending updates. Enso also works inside AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, bringing your team’s feedback into the plans and decisions you make there.

Enso works where you already do: in communication tools like Slack and Teams, and in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, where it brings your team’s grouped feedback and Culture Amp’s People Science into the plans and decisions you’re already making. Beginning in 2027, Enso connects to:

  • Slack
  • Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive files
  • Google Calendar, including meeting transcripts
  • Jira and Confluence (Atlassian)
  • More connections to follow

What Enso sees is controlled twice: your organization approves which of these sources Enso can use, then each person chooses which of their own to connect, and Enso sees only what that person can already open. Sources can be switched off at any time. Confidential feedback stays in your communication tools, never in AI tools, and what one person shares privately with Enso stays private.

General AI only knows your side of the story: you type in what you've noticed, and everything it gives back is built on that. Enso checks-in with your whole team so their direct input is also part of the context. It reads those answers against 15+ years of People Science, so the fix fits your team, and then it carries the follow-through you approve. And Enso isn't a rival to the AI you already use: it works inside tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, adding what they can't have on their own, your whole team's real feedback.

No. Enso is useful from day one, grounded in Culture Amp's benchmarks and People Science. Without Culture Amp Engage, Enso works from a general baseline. If you run Engage, Enso adds each team's own survey baseline and keeps the picture fresh between cycles. Neither replaces the other.

People Science is rooted in Culture Amp’s evidence-based map of what shapes how people and teams work. It helps Enso understand what’s behind a signal, such as whether a team is struggling with workload, priorities, or manager support, and recommends guidance that fits the specific situation, rather than generic advice.

No. Enso is not a monitoring tool and it is not a performance score. Enso checks in with your team through short conversations, and answers come back grouped as themes: Enso never reports an individual's answers to their manager. Your organization approves which sources Enso can use, each person chooses which of their own to connect, and either can switch any source off at any time. Enso acts only with the leader's approval, and it never locates the problem in people; it locates it in the conditions around people.

Enso was announced in October 2026. Enso will be available in North America in January 2027. Pricing will be shared as Enso becomes generally available.
