Sahra Kaboli-Nejad

Sahra Kaboli-Nejad is a Former People Scientist at Culture Amp, where she helped uncover key insights into the cultures of today's best-performing organizations. In her role, she served as an industry thought leader around company culture, DEI, and wellbeing.

She holds a Ph.D and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Creighton University. She currently works at On as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact.
