Paria Rajai is the CEO of ModelExpand, an inclusive workplace strategy firm that advances cultures of diversity, equity and belonging through strategic consulting, workshops, and events. ModelExpand has worked with organizations such as Lyft, Twitch, and Hulu and has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Culture Amp and Forbes.

Para has been a proud member of the State Department’s TechWomen program and the United Nations Advisory Group of experts for Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination. She was the recipient of Untapped’s Top 100 DEIB Leaders in 2022.
