How does Spain compare?

People in Spain were much more positive than average regarding Decision Making, Wellbeing Culture, and Social Connections.


On the lower side, people in Spain had much lower favorable scores than average in Action, Managing Energy, and Equity.

People working in Spain are more engaged than Hungary, Turkey, Belgium, and Netherlands. People working in Spain are less engaged than Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Kenya.

The highest scoring question for Spain had 88% of people agreeing that they feel respected at %[Company]% (+7% compared to overall) while they were generally most positive about Contribution to Broader Purpose.


People in Spain were generally least favourable about Action, and were most negative towards 'I have seen positive changes taking place based on recent employee survey results' with 20% of people disagreeing (+7% above average).

How long do people stay?

In the short term, 21% of people in this benchmark are thinking of or actually seeking jobs elsewhere (+1% compared to overall) while on a longer time frame, 11% of people see themselves leaving within two years (+1% compared to overall).
