Elora Voyles, PhD., is a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting customers in North America by helping them understand and uncover key insights into workplace culture.

Elora Voyles has previously worked as an Assistant Professor, Independent Organizational Consultant, and People Scientist at a B2B employee engagement company (TINYpulse). Client organizations have ranged from small local businesses to Global Fortune 500 organizations. These experiences have developed Elora’s expertise in survey design, data analysis, employee engagement, action planning, and other relevant topics for Human Resources and Business Leaders.

Elora Voyles earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University. Beyond her core areas of expertise, Elora Voyles also has a strong interest and expertise in employee well-being, work arrangements (in-person, hybrid, remote), leadership, and person perception/stereotypes in personnel decision-making.
