Tony Tran

Tony Tran is a Lead People Scientist and Psychologist at Culture Amp, partnering with customers across APAC to design and align employee experience solutions to organizations’ people and business strategies.

In his role, he coaches leaders to better understand their people data. He works with customers to draw insights that will allow them to focus on the moments that matter and have a demonstrable impact on the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Tony joined Culture Amp in September 2021 with 10+ years of experience working within organizations across a range of industries, ensuring that organizations can align strategies around their people, data, and business. Tony has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Honours) from the University of New South Wales and is a Registered Psychologist.

Tony is passionate about taking a design thinking approach to how we look at the employee experience and ensuring that organizations design experiences that are both positive for the individual and the organization.
