Rod Hamilton

Rod Hamilton is a Co-Founder, Strategic Advisor, and Board Member at Culture Amp, the market-leading employee experience platform. Rod served as the Chief Product Officer at Culture Amp for 12 years before stepping down to seek new challenges in 2022.

Presently, Rod volunteers with Orange Sky Australia, a nonprofit connecting people experiencing homelessness through free laundry, showers, and conversation. He also serves as a Mentor and Investor at Startmate, an Australia- and New Zealand-based startup accelerator.
