Morgan Taylor

Morgan Taylor, Ph.D. is Culture Amp's Senior Organizational Development and People Systems Partner. She has also served as a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp supporting customers primarily in the Western region of North America.

Morgan received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Portland State University. Her dissertation focused on the intersection of the work-nonwork domains and its impact on employee health and wellbeing.

Morgan is dedicated to improving workplace experiences by fostering happy, healthy, and productive employees through data-informed decision-making. She has experience conducting end-to-end people-centered research utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches to derive meaningful insights for organizations.
