Matt McGrady is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting customers in the Eastern region of North America.
Before joining Culture Amp, Matt worked across several industries with large and small organizations to uncover insights into improving the employee experience. Matt has delivered on many strategic initiatives around selection, performance management, 360 feedback, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and executive coaching.
He received his BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Marywood University and his MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Matt is also a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching.
Matt’s interests and speaking topics include engagement, performance management, coaching, well-being, and feedback strategies.
