Garett Foster, Ph.D., is a Senior People Science Analyst at Culture Amp.
His expertise lies at the intersection of psychological science, statistics, and business. He has experience applying this combination to help clients in various industries uncover key insights. Dr. Foster was formerly a professor of industrial-organizational psychology at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. He continues teaching, tutoring, and mentoring students pursuing undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in psychology.
Dr. Foster’s primary domain of expertise is psychometrics – applying statistical and measurement theories to assess psychological phenomena. He has published and presented measurement work in personality, decision-making, and work motivation.
Dr. Foster received his B.S. in Psychology from Truman State University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial- Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
