Ellie Jin, Ph.D., is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting customers in the Eastern and Central regions of North America. Ellie received her B.A. in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to Culture Amp, Ellie advised an Austin-based startup in developing an employee wellbeing platform as a licensed clinical psychologist. In addition, she also worked as a data scientist and user experience researcher for several Fortune 20 companies. In her work, Ellie helps publish insights across industries and regions, benchmarking how companies are engaging their people.
Ellie is interested in engagement, individual growth/development, community/belonging, DEI, and wellbeing at work.
