Dan has worked in the Talent Management space for 20 years and has a mix of both internal and external consulting experience. Previously, Dan founded an innovation labs team focused on paving the way for new and exciting products in the employee experience space.
Dan has a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organisational Psychology and has worked with companies worldwide.
