Chelsey Morrison

Chelsey Morrison is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting customers in the Eastern region of North America.

Before joining Culture Amp, Chelsey worked within Technology, MedTech, and Education industries as an HR Business Partner and People Analytics Consultant. In her roles, she partnered with business and HR leaders to achieve strategic business goals from data-based insights and decisions. Most recently, she worked at Salesforce, where she supported their global Sales organization in driving their employee experience to achieve optimal performance. Some of Chelsey’s projects have included topics such as: selection, engagement, retention, performance management, leadership development, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

She received her BS in Psychology from Ball State University and her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.

Chelsey’s interests and speaking topics include engagement, performance management, teams, wellbeing, and work-life blend.
