Senior People Scientist, Culture Amp
Andrew Vert, Ph.D. is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp. Andrew partners with customers to support the design, interpretation, and action related to employee engagement and performance. He primarily supports customers in the West region of North America as a member of the People Science team.
Before Culture Amp, Andrew worked in health care on projects such as selection, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and retention. Andrew worked at a Big 4 Consulting firm on projects including organizational change management, job analysis, performance management, and organizational design. He also has experience in both the private and public sectors.
Andrew earned his BS in Psychology from Central Michigan University and his Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Oklahoma.
Andrew is interested in engagement, analytics, and group dynamics. He has presented insights on topics ranging from selection, engagement, organizational change management, and analytics to group decision-making.
