We're listening. Every concern raised in good faith will be treated seriously, fairly, and confidentially.
If you have experienced or witnessed conduct involving our company, employees, or services that you believe falls short of acceptable standards, this is the right place to raise it. You do not need to be a current employee or client to submit a grievance.
What can you raise with us?
We take a broad view of what constitutes a grievance. If your concern involves our company's operations, people, or services, we want to hear about it. We accept grievances relating to harassment or bullying, discrimination, contractual or service disputes, ethical concerns, health and safety, and breach of policy or legislation.Not sure whether your concern qualifies? Submit it anyway. Our team will assess it during the initial review and contact you.
Your rights and protections
We have a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a grievance in good faith. Your submission will be handled with strict confidentiality. Information about your grievance will only be shared with those who genuinely need to know in order to conduct a fair investigation. Any act of retaliation — direct or indirect — is treated as a serious disciplinary matter in its own right.
