Employee experience platform joins the ranks of OpenAI, Disney, Tiffany & Co., and more

This year’s list highlights the businesses at the forefront of their respective industries, paving the way for the innovations of tomorrow. These companies are setting the standard with some of the greatest accomplishments of the modern world. In addition to the World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies, 540 organizations are recognized across 54 sectors and regions.

This recognition builds on the momentum Culture Amp has seen over the last 18 months. The company expanded its innovative platform offerings by introducing its award-winning Develop module, which reimagines career development for the modern world by enabling employees to construct their own career path, giving managers additional tools to proactively support their teams and providing data insights to help human resource (HR) teams guide effective programs.

Culture Amp also recently expanded its presence in the United States, opening its third U.S. office in Chicago, which debuted an innovative approach to supporting the future of hybrid work environments. Additionally, the company hosted a U.S. iteration of its global Culture First event series in October 2022, bringing together international experts to share the latest data and ideas for employee experience and showcase the ways different organizations can utilize insights to create a unique model of workplace culture.

Fast Company’s editors and writers sought out the companies making the biggest strides around the globe. They also judged nominations received through their application process.

The World’s Most Innovative Companies is Fast Company’s signature franchise and one of its most highly anticipated editorial efforts of the year. It provides a firsthand look at the inspiring and innovative efforts of companies across all sectors of the economy.
