People working in Africa are more engaged than Benelux, DACH, Central Europe, and Nordic. People working in Africa are less engaged than South America, Latin America, Central America, and South Asia.
The highest scoring question for Africa had 93% of people agreeing that they understand how their work contributes to %[Company]%'s mission (+3% compared to overall) while they were generally most positive about Contribution to Broader Purpose.
People in Africa were generally least favourable about Equity, and were most negative towards 'I believe that my total compensation is fair, relative to similar roles at %[Company]%' with 32% of people disagreeing (+11% above average).

In the short term, 22% of people in this benchmark are thinking of or actually seeking jobs elsewhere (+2% compared to overall) while on a longer time frame, 8% of people see themselves leaving within two years (-2% compared to overall).
