Steven is the Former Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Culture Amp, where he developed Culture Amp’s diversity and inclusion function from the ground up. During his time at Culture Amp, he co-created the Culture Amp and Paradigm Inclusion Survey, designed and facilitated customized diversity and inclusion workshops, and implemented a framework for employee resource groups.
