Kate Dinon

Kate Dinon is a communications strategist who helps interesting people execute ambitious ideas.

Prior to joining Culture Amp as VP of Brand & Communications, Kate co-founded and was the managing director of Character + Distinction, a communications and public relations agency she started in 2017. She is also the founding partner at Protagonist, a seed-stage investment firm that backs founders changing how we live and work. She is also a mentor for Startmate, Blackbird VC’s accelerator program.
