Josh Berman

Josh Berman is passionate about creating Culture First workplaces through employee feedback.

He has guided hundreds of organizations, first as a consultant with CEB (now Gartner) focusing on Leadership training programs, and then as a Customer Success Coach at Culture Amp, helping organizations use employee feedback to drive engagement. He then turned his focus to the internal experience at Culture Amp. As the Director of Culture Enablement at Culture Amp, Josh helps bring Culture Amp’s culture to life, using employee feedback to make databased decisions for creating and fostering a more engaged employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
