Belinda Hughes

Belinda Hughes is the Head of People Experience at Endeavour Foundation, an independent, for-purpose organization founded more than 70 years ago by a small group of families who wanted equal access to education for children with disabilities.

As an experienced Senior Human Resources/Organizational Development Leader, she has designed and executed numerous initiatives to enhance business performance, employer brand, and the employee experience. Belinda is passionate about leading culture change, building leadership, enhancing business capability, and achieving business transformation.
