This lets them know that it’s not permanent and provides visibility into what you’re doing in the short term.
2. Act quickly
Pulse surveys are only effective if you can turn that feedback into meaningful action, so it doesn’t make sense to keep asking the same questions if nothing has changed. If you’re pulsing frequently, it should be because you’re responding to the results in real-time.
