We all know people leaders play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, but how do we enable leaders – especially those who manage other leaders – to provide the best support? While there has always been a focus on essential people management skills (e.g. delegation, project management), supporting employee wellbeing continues to fall to the manager.
