My consulting work focuses on bespoke client needs in the People and Culture space, including operating model review and redesign, HR function review and redesign, performance management systems, and ad-hoc HR support primarily targeted to small business. As an executive coach I work with present and emerging leaders to perform at their best, and to identify and overcome barriers that might be preventing them from this aspiration. As a facilitator I work with executive teams and boards to ensure they get maximum value from time spent together, in particular through the design and delivery of strategy sessions and leadership offsites.
