Shirin Pradhan

Shirin’s goal is to empower people & develop a strong company culture. She has an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.

She is driven by the ability to make a difference in an organization, knowing that her work drives the vision and strategy of the business. She is constantly finding solutions to challenging problems, improving processes, and increasing efficiency by applying her background in I/O psychology.
