Lindsey Caplan is the Founder and Lead Consultant at The Gathering Effect, an employee experience and organizational change consultancy specializing in the design/re-design and facilitation of experiences to increase motivation and engagement. She has spent almost 20 years in the Talent pace, serving as the Head of Talent Development roles at three successful Silicon Valley companies, where she specialized in building the function from scratch and then for scale.
