With a wealth of experience in human resources and a deep understanding of organisational culture, Justin will accelerate the company's ongoing commitment to prioritising its people and fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace environment.

Justin Angsuwat brings extensive HR leadership and people-centric expertise to Culture Amp. His background in scaling hyper-growth organisations and creating high-performing teams has driven cultural transformations across organisation’s he has been part of. Justin’s passion for using data and analytics to optimise employee engagement and experience will further Culture Amp's commitment of building a better world of work.

Having held executive roles at renowned companies like Google and Thumbtack, Justin has a strong track record of growing strong workplace cultures. Prior to joining Culture Amp, Justin served as Chief People Officer and Operating Principal at prominent venture capital firm Blackbird Ventures. He played a pivotal role in spearheading people and culture initiatives for the firm as well as being a key advisor and board member to its portfolio companies, including as a Board Advisor for Culture Amp.
