In real life (IRL) interactions are critical to scaling our culture

In a world full of pings and messages, IRL is still the richest way to communicate and connect. We hear it from our Campers all the time - their favorite moments are when we are together in person, and we know it can accelerate learning, business outcomes, and decision making. We foster moments for connection and intentionally shape environments to support collaboration and innovation.

We offer flexibility within a frame

Your job is important, but we know it's not the only thing that matters. We provide a clear framework based on the needs of our customers, teams, and your role, and then trust you to make the best decisions about when and where to work within that frame.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach

We lose our individual and team performance rhythms when we mandate a global one. Whilst we are intentional about building Camper populations around our hubs, company-wide office mandates are not our thing. We trust our leaders to design their own working rhythms because they know what they need to do their best work.

IRL Connection

We’re big believers in the magic of being together IRL, so for most roles we ask Campers to work from their local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week to connect, collaborate, and build our culture face-to-face.
