We’ve seen how working together face-to-face accelerates learning, improves decision-making, and drives growth. We intentionally foster in-person connections to create environments that support collaboration and innovation.

We offer flexibility within a frame
Your job is important, but we know it’s not the only thing that matters. We provide a clear framework based on the needs of our customers, teams, and your role, and then trust you to make the best decisions about when and where to work within that frame.

We aren’t about global mandates
We don’t believe in company-wide office mandates. We trust our teams to design their own working rhythms and mandates because they know what they need to do their best work.

Our hub-based teams – and our customers – are dispersed globally. When our global teams can’t be together in person, we use tools and technology to make virtual experiences as engaging as possible, facilitating meaningful interactions, collaboration, and shared successes.
