Engaging Growth 2021

The engaging growth benchmark is made up of companies from a range of industries that are high on growth (they're hiring fast) but also high on Engagement and retention - something that can be hard for fast-growing companies. They're showing they can attract AND retain and they are often the main competition for your best people. We identify these companies using their previous 12 months of hiring data and our own Engagement and retention data. This benchmark contains organisations that are in our top 33% for headcount growth and the top 33% in Engagement scores.
