At Culture Amp, we’re entering a new chapter – one that reflects our global scale, continued investment in innovation, and commitment to helping organizations unlock their people’s full potential. Our platform is intentionally different. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or generic dashboards. People Analytics: Unified, intuitive, and intelligent

We’re continuing to expand our People Analytics module to give leaders a more complete, forward-looking picture of their workforce. We’re focusing on:

We’re also embedding AI into performance to make the review process faster, fairer, and more actionable:

  • Coming soon: AI-generated review-writing assistance helps managers craft high-quality feedback by suggesting wording and highlighting key themes.

Looking ahead, we’re doubling down on our people science foundation – helping leaders move from backward-looking evaluation to forward-looking growth and alignment.

We’re also upgrading how managers and employees structure and track 1-on-1 conversations, turning them into a consistent driver of engagement, alignment, and development:
